Part of the work I did during two years photographing fishermen at Endesa Costanera Sur Power Station’s water dump. The warm water attracted the fish all year long, a good catch guaranteed for fishermen that came, alone or for a day’s picnic with the family, from miles away. Every now and then, the power station dumped hotter than usual water, resulting in thousands of dead fish washed upon the shore. But they kept coming.
